Return & refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging with all included accessories, and in resellable condition apart from reasonable trial use.

How to start a return

Email info@nebula.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.

Please do not ship a return before receiving instructions from us — unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund; we'll confirm the exact amount before you ship.
