Processing time

Orders are processed on business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping within the United States is free on every order. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed to you when your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner. You can also use the Track Order page to look up your order status.

Delays, damage and lost parcels

Carrier delays occasionally happen and are outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address needs correcting, contact us immediately — once a parcel has shipped we may not be able to reroute it.
