All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Taxes and duties, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

We work to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate. Some technical specifications are being finalised with our manufacturing partner and are marked as such on the site; final details are confirmed before shipping.

Always follow the instructions supplied with the product and use it only on approved floor types.
