What's covered

The Nebula FloorOne is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for the warranty period stated above.

If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the affected unit or part at our discretion.

What's not covered

Normal wear of consumable parts such as rollers and filters, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications, use outside the manufacturer's instructions, and use on floor types the product is not approved for.

Approved floor types: Sealed hard floors — hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl, marble

Email info@nebula.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or video. Our team will confirm coverage and next steps.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
